Default Mid Clyde's fist for 2012

Just heard that one of our members landed the first fish for 2012,a 10 pound bar of silver on a Flying "c".
    Well done Rab.
Picture to follow, if I can get it off my phone.

I can only tell you about Mid Clyde,no idea what's happening further up on the system.
There has been a lot of kelt being caught but they are staring to tail off, this is the first reported springer, slightly later than last season but we have not had the water we had last season,we had a superb spring last year with 39 fish caught and most of then were returned.
We started a new incentive to return spring fish so hopefully it will only get better on Mid Clyde
